V1 Interactiveは，Bungieの元クリエイティブディレクターであり「Halo」を手がけたMarcus Lehto氏（関連記事）と，「SOCOM：US Navy SEALs」のZipper Interactiveでリーダー的ポジションとして活躍したMike Gutmann氏が2015年に設立したスタジオだ。
V1 Interactiveの第1作となる「Disintegration」は，リリース後の2020年9月，十分なプレイヤー数を確保できなかったことからマルチプレイヤーモードを終了している。
